Made from carefully selected whole barley grains, this atta is naturally high in dietary fibre (13.9%), lab-tested, and free from maida, added sugar, and preservatives, offering clean, nutri-rich everyday nutrition. 

Our traditional stone-grinding method preserves the natural structure of barley, giving you an atta that supports slow digestion and a low glycemic response, making it easier on the digestive system. With just 1.56% gluten (almost 85% lower than regular wheat atta) and a mild nutty flavour, our barley atta blends seamlessly into daily Indian meals, helping you prepare soft, wholesome rotis without compromising on taste or routine.

Flavor: Nutty and slightly sweet, with a richer taste than regular wheat atta. Gets more intense when cooked.

Texture: Slightly denser than regular atta, creating chewier rotis with better structural integrity.

Aroma: Rich, grain aroma with earthy notes that enhance upon cooking.

Roti & Chapati Making:

  • Make a smooth dough with 1 cup Whole Barley Atta and warm water, cover and set aside for 10–15 mins.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into circles.
  • Place the rolled-out dough on a preheated tawa and cook on both sides.
  • Puff on an open flame.
  • Serve hot with ghee
