Whole Barley(Jau) Atta - For Roti

The Product is really good I replaced Maida with Barley flour in my pan Cakes and Brownies they were too good and whole Barley I used for Haleem it was amazing. I am waiting for crushed Barley for my salads

The quality was really good and we were able to make soft, fluffy rotis with this atta quite surprisingly. We had tried one pack out of curiosity but we are now planning to buy more because of the good quality and taste.

I tried this Barley Atta out of curiosity and found the texture unique compared to standard wheat flour. It feels lighter and more filling, making it a great healthy choice for daily rotis and especially for those who are looking for nutritious food for kids.
